Suzuki Motors - Road Show

Objective:

To provide a chance to customer to drive the bike- Suzuki SlingShot Plus and experience its power.

Solution:

Tied – up with 21 Suzuki Motors dealers of Gujarat

Organised a fabricated van on which two Suzuki SlingShot Plus were showcased and the other two SlingShot Plus bikes were used for test drives

The total test drives taken during the whole campaign were 22,000

Gujarat Knowledge Society - Road Show

Objective:

Celebrating 50 years of Gujarat Sthapna Divas and empowering the youth to access better employment opportunities in a knowledge-based economy

Target Group:

College going students and people who want to opt to study specific courses

Concept:

Organised a van consisting a LCD Screen which telecasted the audio-visual of GKS

For on-ground promotions, Outlook (ONE) organised people who would go to various colleges to enlighten the students about the various courses GKS provides.

Project:

AIDS Awareness Road Show (A Gujarat Govt. Initiative)

Reach:

Rural Gujarat – 2250 villages

Duration:

70 + Days

Objective:

To spread the awareness about AIDS among the villagers of Gujarat

Resources:

Total 10 vans were used for the Road Show followed by a Sumo car and 2 bikes.

Execution:

Each day three villages were visited, and in the first two villages four artists used to organize a “nukkad play” based on the theme of AIDS. An audio-visual was used to be shown in the last village visited on the day.

Prior to each visit to the village the two bikers used to meet the Sarpanch of the village and inform them about the objective of the road show and ask for the permission to come to their village.

One HIV+ patient also remained with the crew throughout the campaign and recited his true story to the villagers about how he got this disease and its affect on his/her personal life.

Along with this to arouse an interest among the villagers a small quiz used to be conducted before the “nukkad play” where the villagers were asked about the symptoms of AIDS and whoever gave the correct answer first was rewarded with rs. 250 cash.

Challanges :

Asian Paints had conducted Painters meet in Gujarat
With geographically dividing in 5 zone total 37 towns where selected and event for painters where done.
The event consist of painters educating about the new product and textures

Challenge:

The basic challenge that executives had to face was to communicate with the target farmers in order to explain them about the 'Tractor Rental Service’ and its benefits along with the tractor and the equipments. Another challenge was to reach the target of 60 Villages in one month which required a lot of planning and proper execution with an experienced team.
